My radio won't display the station name only the frequency, but when I use the other key it comes in fine. I can't find anything in the i-drive to change this. Is this something that needs to be programmed at the dealer?
Eg. Comes in 100.3 not Y-100

no sirius, had to get a software update to fix "no data sent" when we did a courtesy call on bmw assist. I believe it was done with key 2 not key 1. Going to take it in to show the service tech.
the software update removed the function to display the radio station names (called RDS). There has been at least one other member who reported that he still sees the radio station names with one key, but not the other. There are some weird memory behaviors with the two keys, but basically for now you can call yourself lucky to have RDS at least with that one key. Do a forum search on RDS or radio station and you should find more. The next software update (version 13) will hopefully restore RDS again.
