I tried to translate it some.

Weight: 2805lbs
Power: 431hp @7000RPM
Displacement: 4.799 liter

WOW they raised the power significantly by almost 100bhp yet they raised the rpm by a meere 1000 units. Now this power is obtained at only 400rpms more than the 550i right?

It does look like the 550 puts out a high stressed 431hp. From this vantage point it would seem to be at a disadvantage as some of the other cars pictured, e39 m5, RS4, put out 400bhp in stock form.

Rebuilding engines is common in racing though.
