2004 530i pre lci

I haven't had any parking halos for awhile so I'm finally gonna address the issue cause it annoys me every time I get in the car

My question is it two or one bulb to replace the halos in each headlight I can't remember.

I want to have them both white rather than yellow. Umnitza ice lite maybe? I don't care about brightness just want something cheap plug and play so that I don't have to see the error message every time I get in the car. Thanks

 

one bulb per side. i got a set of white LED bulbs for around $60 from ECS tuning.

you need to remove the headlights to replace the bulbs. when you're in there, make sure the wiring inside of the headlight housing isnt deteriorating. my halos went out too, turned out i needed new headlights due to defective wiring.

 

I have the deteriorating wires in my left headlight. Changed the Halos to white and now the left High beam wont work. Changed the bulb and that did not correct the error message. May need to replace my headlights.

 

I was able to get both left and right Hella housings brand new on amazon for around $1300 shipped to my door. BMW wants slightly more than that for just one side.

I still have my old housings. I'm debating cutting them open, rewiring, and making some lighting mods.
