Quick ECU/DME Question

Recently I had a faulty alternator voltage regulator in my car and the part is on order will take about 7-10 days to install. The vehicles battery will be disconnected for the whole time. Will this erase any memory from the ECU/DME ?

I can't say for sure but my guess is that the memory isn't volatile so you're probably going to be fine...

thanx rudy, by the way the pdf's you post from time to time are from TIS? The tis cd i downloaded as per your instructions do not have the pdf manual and its an awful programme to follow. If you can send me anything on electrical stuff you have will be great....thanx
