Questions re 545i upgrade

Hi Everyone
No doubt a couple of you have been in this situation and found answers:
March 2004 545 with factory 17"'s, upside great car, has schitzer kit, love it, I've fixed the door creaks and pasenger airbag issues, so no real need to upgrade. Its nearly perfect, however....
Issues, no BT functionality (been down that path - this forum was very helpful) & small wheels
OK, now my tyres are nearly worn out, so time to do something, as I carry my kids in the car all the time...
So specific questions:
1. Has someone switched out runflats for normal tyres on 116 rims - is this safe?
2. Has someone out there got a Blk Schitzer kitted car with 123s? How does it look? I have seen these go at reasonable prices on the classifieds etc
3. Or do I go for some 172's (my 1st choice) - but the dealer just quoted me big $$ (about the same as the US prices), seams silly as my dealer is busting to get me into option 4.
4. Or do I go the whole hog and upgrade to 550 with 172's its a mid 05 - but will I get the BT functionality I am looking for it has this dock in the armrest? see attachment. not good on the wallet however to make this change.

I had the style 116's on my 2004 545 and they do not come with run flats at least in the US. Can I assume by the name kiwistu (and the "about the same as US prices") that you are not in the US? But to answer your question, non-run flats are fine on any BMW rim...
