Quick Update -
BMW is repainting the "rain rails" under warranty. They have never seen that before....not sure I buy that, but im happy. Should be back installed next week.

No update on mirror as somehow that was left off their list. When I go back I will have it addressed.

The hesitation (#2) seemed to fix itself, Im thinking fuel quality was the issue.

Thanks to all for the replies. Ill update if the mirror issue gets resolved.
