Question: is there such a thing as a BMW with LCD but no Nav?

I'd appreciate if anyone can confirm or deny that a BMW can have the LCD screen but not have the navigation option? My bro is looking to buy one and based on the pics of it on eBay he believes the dealer doesn't realize there is nav on board based on a picture that shows the LCD screen in the dash. I am a new 530i owner and in my research I'd swear I saw photos of LCD screens that have an option other than Navigation in the main screen of 4 options.

You the LCD screen or "iDrive Screen" is standard on every single E60. The E60's with Navigation have that screen too but it is a little wider than the standard screen without Navigation.

It was a sort of updated dash from the E39, like the one in the new 3 series. I maybe imagining it all though. But I remember thinking 'wow that cars really basic'.

Edit: At least I think this is a 5er anyway lol, im sure I'll be corrected thougfh if it isnt. The speedos dont look very 5erish, could it be a Z4?

that's definitely not an E60. It's a Z4.
