I have stumbled across 2 different options on the BMW website which I am unsure about. The question is about the wood.
Whats the exact difference between:
Papelmasser Braun
Papelmasser Hell
I don't think I have seen Papelmasser Hell in person I think, but maybe somebody could make it clear by 2 pictures of "Braun" and "Hell"
Any help would be appreciated

I think the Papelmasser Braun is what we call Poplar here in the US. Here is a picture I borrowed from Iceman's gallery showing the Poplar wood trim. Don't know about the Papelmasser Hell.

That is new trim for MY2005. I have seen it in the brochure but as the dark one specimen there has little resemblance to the real colour I don't think it makes sense either to describe or scan it here

Yep. Pappelmaser Hell is new on MY2005. It is a light poplar wood trim. Hell = light. The other one is the regular poplar wood trim, the dark one, aka Pappelmaser Braun (Braun = Brown = dark).
