I got this car with conti contact DW on and put almost 1k miles on it. I was doing the state inspection yesterday and the guy told me that one of rear tire needs to be replaced. I checked all tire production dates were the same on all of them. But this one were really bad than the other. Is this normal for one tire to wear out faster than other? Do I need wheel alignment?

 

Sounds like an alignment issue to me, more specifically the toe is off. Its worth having the dealership or a mechanic look at it IMO. If the alignment is not out of whack then i would have the mechanic check the control arms and possibly check the rim to see if it is bent or warped. good luck!
