Question about M5 wheels on 545i

Hello everyone
Finally got around to buying the 545i picture included
In the US it comes with 17 inch wheels, i'm looking to get M5 wheels on it as my first upgrade and my question is; if i just put them on the stock suspension is it going to look like an X5 or is it ok? pictures if possible of stock 545s with 19 inch wheels and tires

My Ride: Bmw 530d 2004
They will fit and look great without dropping the car. However, dropping doesn't hurt the looks 
!
Remember to equip the M5 wheels with correct size tyres (M5 tyres are bigger, and they may/will rub in a non-M5).
The right size is:
- front 245/35 R19
- rear 275 or 285/30 R19

edit: Is your car on OEM msport suspension or standard suspension?
This is my car with 19" wheels & standard suspension (before dropping it with KW coilovers
).
