H&R race springs worked for me, Eibach is too modest of a drop IMO and the sport H&R's may not suit you either...

Maybe we won't think you are crazy if you took some pictures in better light so we can see what you see!!

Currently the setup looks fine to me, but as G530 stated, things may be bothering you more if you check this site more. When I first picked up my E60, I told myself I would NOT mod it or do anything to the suspension on this car. This car was going to be different for me; stock.

WRONG! I guess part of the problem was that I searched and searched this forum for months before I even bought my car, so I already knew how I was going to mod the car before I even bought it!! Basically I set myself up for failure haha.

Here's some practical advice, depending on your mileage and condition of the stock shocks, wait and wear out the stock shocks. When it is time to replace, go ahead and lower the car more since you'll have to take the worn out suspension by that time.

OP is like where I was, borderline acceptable gap one day and disgusted the next, and back and forth. Keep looking at nice done up cars on the forums will eventually your mind's made up.

Stay away from coilovers if you dont want too stiff. I haven't tried either pro-kit or H&R, but from reading the posts, my impression is pro-kit is less stiff than H&R, but they're close.
Exactly the way I am, just day to day happyness. I will soon have my OWN EXPERIENCED feedback on Eibach Pro vs H&R Sport as I am running Eibachs now which ride just a hair stiffer than stock (ride REALLY nice IMO for getting atleast 1" of drop) and my H&Rs should be here this week with the install coming up next weekend so I can give some feedback to all as this subject seems to get pinballed around the forums non stop but nobody really has any hard proven evidence or experience with the situation and estimated guesses and biased opinions get input into the minds of potential buyers (where I was at)

you have the stock sportpackage? and went with the H%R race because the Sport wouldnt do much on an already sport suspension??

how much did the ride quality change for you?

The pic i have right now doesnt do justice, ill upload another....what are my options to lower without the ride getting too stiff!??
