Pushed the start button and ....
NOTHING !!! Damn it. It makes a little noise like it wants to start but nothing happens. Roadside assistance on the way. Drained battery? If so, why? It started fine 5 hours ago. Starter?
Needless to say, I am sitting at my office waiting for the assistance.

Nope... nothing. When I put the key in the radio comes on fairly loud. If I turn it down and put the kep back in, the radio comes on loud again. I dealt with a wacky patient today.... maybe it's her!
Still waiting for assistance.

To be honest... the car thing is not that bad, it's just the fact that I am stuck here doing nothing in my office after a pretty rough day.
Ok.... I will stop bitching now and continue to .... wait.
Another question: If they are able to jump start the car, should I drive it straight to the dealership and leave it there for them to look it over tomorrow or take it home and pray that it starts tomorrow am?
Bummer ... it's probably a dead battery.
Your car was out of service for a long time while having body work done. If the battery drained down and they charged it would be fine for a while ... but that just can't resuscitate a flat battery. It will almost certainly fail prematurely.
