BMW issued a PUMA when installing my aux input... the rain sensor evidently was not functioning properly and was somehow preventing the programming of the aux input from saving correctly. They deemed it necessary to replace the rain sensor in order for the programming to take, and did it at their cost not mine stating it was necessary. The car was not under any type of warranty either They told me the PUMA actually goes to Germany via phone or computer for advice on what to do...
