Pulsing air con blower (fan)

My Ride: DMS 535d. Titanium Silver on Black leather. M- Sport Package.
I've been having a pulsing fan(it increases speed on manual mode for spilts of a second) and BMW could not sort it out so far.
I have already
Changed
1) Battery
2) Blower
3) End stage fan resistor
and had a software upgrade but problem is still there any ideas on solving this problem??

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
It's a sensor problem.
I had the same malfunction in my auto-air 525iA E39.
It took about 5 minutes to change the sensor in the E39.

Is it possible to find out what sensor they changed.
Pls note that they changed the IBS (Intelligent battery sensor) on my E60 but problem is still there.

Is the problem on standard air-con, the tapping noise you hear every few seconds?. Fan speed regulates a bit at same time. Very annoying.
If it is, mine also does it, tap comes from some sort of bosch pump which in in aircon lines under bonnet. I took mine back to the dealer & found they all do it!. No fix available. Brand new ones the same.

My car did not have this problem in the begining. No tapping noise is heard. Only my Fan speed regulates at certain times.

Problem was finally solved
It was a problem with the car grounds and connections. (concerning the aircondition and linked parts)
Anyway I'am a happy man again

OK problem was not solved car went back and they finally got it (Its been 48 hrs so far fingers crossed)
It was an electrical Relay from one of the power control modules
Now I'am a happy man
