Progman 25.x -Lost my radio presets twice

After having Progman 25 installed, I have had two instances of losing my radio presets. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions other than to go back to dealer? Thanks.

It's the laziness of the dealership to not store all your preset settings. The same thing happened to me in the past with updating the software. Only after reading a post from cobradav did I realize that my preset so not have to be wipe after a software update.

The presets have been lost twice whilst "driving arond"/"parked" etc SINCE the car has been upgraded to Progman 25.
