My 545i is in today for Progman 25 update to correct the CD changer issue. I was told the vehicle will be complete tomorrow, and will post here when I get it back, to verify. I'm in the US just outside of Chicago, and am keeping my fingers crossed that the service department hasn't screwed up (again) and reprogrammed with an older version, which, of course I know will not correct the problem. ![Whistling](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/whistling.gif)

Now dealer says that previous software (not 25) version fixes CD issue. This can't be true. As I suspected the dealer did not install 25 yesterday but updated to the latest version prior, 24.? issued in December he said.

Bill Jacobs in Naperville. Still waiting for clarification on the issue. You too?

I haven't had much dealings with them... used to take my car to BMW of Orland Park, where I have received good care, but the SA's seems very unfriendly, unlike the one's at Bill Jacobs.
I might wait for Progman 25 to be release.

I live the same area, and was planning on taking the car to Bill Jacobs to get the CD issue fixed, and some other complaints like rough idle on cold start, MP3 (
), and anything else I can think of.

I would suggest waiting. It should be in a couple of weeks...
I wonder if they use pigeon post to get it across the Atlantic.
Or put it on a boat?

Actually, I think it is delayed for the U.S. because the need to correct all the British English spelling, e.g. colour=color, arse=ass, aluminium=aluminum, programme=program, etc. ![Big Grin](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/biggrin.gif)

This is great news! My eyebrow and side indicator lights have been out since November.
With this in mind, will loading v25 automatically fix this light issue or is there a manual fix in addition to the software?
For example, I have yet ot have MP3 enabled and know this is an option that must be chosen from a list during the reprogram. Is there something similar for the lights?
Thanks!!!
