Nope not a problem thats how its designed. If you look in there you'll see a flap for the other tip Under heavy load that will open up and both exhaust tips will be utilized.

This is normal, assuming that it was the outside pipe, on the driver's side. There is a a bypass actuator on the inside pipe that only opens under acceleration, and allows exhaust to flow through the inside pipe.

Did you feel with you hand (not the hot tip though)? It should be coming out of both when you feel the "wind."

Confirming what other have said--one muffler has a valve which opens at certain engine RPM. See diagram below--part #11 actuates the valve that part #12 connects to.

Yes I did feel one and it was cold, and the other tip was warm, but I just turn the car on and I wasn't driving it yet . So what you guys saying that the other tip only opens up when you go over certain RPMs, and when you start the car in the morning you should only see the one tip working.

Here are some old posts of the flap. Some have even modified it to stay open.

Yes, my answer was bad; the others knew. I never noticed what you described on mine since my B&B was installed soon after purchase. Sorry.
