Dealer says they can not place an order without adding nasca leather to the ventilated seats.
I was trying to avoid another $1800 ($1685 invoice) option.

Yes, it is required, it has holes in it for the ventilation.

Not only are the above posts true but the only colors available in NASCA are beige and black.

Total cost for this option:
Premium Package $2,100 (You could just get the Dakota Leather seats as a stand alone option for less $$$)
NASCA Leather $1,850
Ventilated Seats $1,050

Not a must-have option unless you are living in a location with a really hot climate.

Ventilated seats can be quite costly because of the Nasca and multi-contour (comfort) seat requirements. That said, even though I don't live in a really hot climate, it's a must-have option for me...

Thanks guys, I decided not to get ventilated seats since it would require color scheme change and I'm already have my mind set on Alpine White with Natural brown with Bamboo and Antracite headliner. Maybe next time.
