Okay so I thought that my wife wiped the system or pressed something at first but I'm not so sure anymore. When we got the car last week we took the time to set all are radio station presets in the I-Drive and then the seat settings as well. She obviously drove it after I did that and the next time I got in all my presets were gone, radio and seat included. When I went to go home from the very same trip all my presets were back. Are there two sets of presets that we're accidentally switching back and forth between the two? or am I having a software error that's is glitching and then re-correcting itself?

It depends on which key you are using. When you set the radio and seat with one key in the ignition, it remembers those settings for that key. Do the same thing with the other key and keep them straight as to his and hers. Ditto on the seats, mirrors, and iDrive settings.

Makes perfect sense! She has her own key and occasionally will go out and start the car before I get in thus causing the issue. Thanks for the help!
