My Ride: F07 5-Series GT | 2009 '59' | Black Sapphire, Ivory White Leather, Unlacquered Fineline Wood Trim
Media Professional Pack with HDD, Visibility Pack, Electric Front Seats with Memory
20" alloys [style 316] with Pirelli P-Zeroes RF tires, Adaptive Drive
USB Interface, DAB Tuner, Extended Ambient Lighting, Comfort Access
Took my E60 in for a service at the end of 3 years/21500 miles.
Needed an oil change + microfilter service + new front brake pads (3mm only and slight squeak from right front wheel when crawling in traffic).
All came to £554 which was more than I was expecting but no complaints as it is all i have had to do in last 18 months.
Tires, Suspension, HVAC all fine. Rear pads good for another 10,000 miles which was a bit surprising.
Complained about decreased range on key fob and dropped calls whilst on the move and was told that the Antenna Diffuser will be replaced under warranty next week.
Also had some moisture build-up in both headlights (light) which they dried out and asked me to watch should it recur. Has anyone else had this? Why does it happen?
Will be getting new wiper blades and was wondering if there were any recommendations please. I might just get the Bosch OEM ones.
Any thoughts or comments welcome. Thanks in advance.
