+1 dispute the transaction immediatley! You wont pay a dime of that $1,000.

The last place I would buy a car is in Miami Fl, too many shady characters in that city. I lived there for many years, I've run into all kinds there, I'm not surprised one bit that they tried to get over on you with this car. You need to get your deposit back, by law they can't keep it, so fight it, you should be able to get it back, call the owner of the place then go from there.

 

I emailed the owner last night so we'll wait and see. I already have called paypal and have brought this to their attention.
I don't want to intimidate them yet but will not hesitate to go further should they try to keep the deposit.
Well i really appreciate all the kind words of encouragement at this very frustrating event.
