The guys at Tischer said they no longer have the LCI Mtech Kit w/o PDC. How hard would it be to install the Pre-LCI kit on an LCI? I don't think there are any differences with the sides and the rear. The part numbers are all the same except for the front bumper covers. How much different can they be? Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

The OEM Mtech kit front bumper is essentially a pre-LCI retrofit when installed on an LCI car. I found this out the hard way when it turned out the LCI PDC sensors didn't fit - i had to order the pre-LCI ones.

I orded my kit through BMW of Morristown awhile back when it was announced on this forum that they were having a sale. You might have luck contacting them. Otherwise you may be able to get the kit at www.parts.com. GL

I am doing the same on mine and so far the fender lining, fogs, front lower grille and air ducts are all different. Oh, and the washer covers and tow hook covers are different.

Really?? I never took a serious look but I thought at least the front pieces were the same.

Would an Mtec front kit fit if I have adaptive Cruise Control?

^ yes and no. You will need a relocator for the adaptive cruise control and NV (if applicable) according to someone else that has already done this mod.
