Hey,
I have retrofitted xenon lights into my car but I would like to have the adaptive and auto-leveling function work. I wired the headlight level sensors into my LM but it still doesn't test them even though I have added $522 to my VO. Is it because they're adaptive headlights and they're missing one pin from the bottom headlight connector that is normally 4 pin connector? My headlight has the SMC module under the headlight and not integrated to LM so do I also need the AHL module in the little blue box that is behind the fusebox also? I don't think I would need to upgrade to LM2 since the headlights are still pre-lci.

I found an article that had the wiring for AHL module (https://studylib.net/doc/25352544/ahl-bmw) So would I need to supply all those wires into it?

If you don't have an AHL module behind the glovebox I don't see how your SMCs are going to work.
