Maybe you got your head caught in the window while it was closing. Try pushing the "down" button... 
...just kidding...it's a rainy, cold Sunday here in Boston...

happened to me today... followed the instructions and it WORKED!@@@@!! 
lets just hope it wont come back
ps - what would i do without this forum - probably would be dead from a heart attack - every time
