Powder coating wheels cons?

My Ride: 09' 550i sport pack, nav,
Have a silver 09' 550i sport and thinking about powder coating my wheels in a gunmetal. Any good advice on what to look for in a powder coating company or any CONS having to do with the soundness of the wheels. Thoughts about powder coating in general?

From memory the big thing to concern yourself with is not getting your wheels(metal) to hot during the process and compromise the wheel integrity. I know the process requires X amount of heat and some metals may be weakened but my information is old and technology may have changed.
Hopefully an honest shop will fill you in on all the details for your requirements.
