Is it possible to disable PDC?

Yes, it is the i-drive menu under vehicle settings. Hit the button once wil bring you there!

Under that manual you can turn off the visual but the sensor will still work and will sound if you are near the object similar to the PDC on vehicle without the idrive screen.

Or you can always press the button to turn if off before you park.

By the way I think the PDC is wonderful, how come you want to disable it?

Don't mean to hijack this thread, but when you see the picture of your car when PDC goes on, is it the same color as your car?

My PDC car is Silver Grey, which matches my paint.

Or is everyone's PDC car Silver Grey?

Mine is silver gray also and matches my car Never thought of that before, but I can tell you the answer, is all the same on every car. It will be programming nightmare if it were to match the colour of the car.
