Guys how did you get on with replacing the part..?!.
I'm having the same problems, have to stand next to the door or the back of the car an it works otherwise nothing an yes it's very embarrassing... Lol..

Brilliant... Do you have to code the part in or just direct replacement..?.!. Also can I replace it with a second hand item of a different car...??.

No coding. And yeah the part is expensive if seen some forums of those who installed a used antenna with success and others who didn't have any I wouldn't chance it at least you could return the new one if it doesn't work

I'm no mechanic but it was fairly simple following the DIY.
After replacing it my keys now work from all the way across the parking lot or from inside the house.
Do it. You'll be happy!
