Alright so I replaced the right bank valve cover and gaskets, came to find out that the cover was an updated one and not the same one that came on the car. And the CCV is moved in a different location and I cant find a diagram to get it hooked up right. When i thought I did, I turn the car on and drive it for a second and white smoke comes out thick out of the tail.

IDK what is going on. Am i the only one who has delt with this issue?

 

They integrated the CCV into the vent hose. I guess now you just have to replace the vent hose going from the valve cover to intake manifold.

At least that's what service bulletin SI B11 01 07 dated February 2009 states.

You have an updated version of the second vent hose, right (they started doing 2 separate insulated hoses rather than one "y"-shape hose)?

 

Hey Kmillzz, do you have the part numbers for the replacement cover and gaskets? I'm thinking of replacing mine pretty soon, 545i as well.
