Hello guys,
I am currently want to purchase a 335i convertible series, is this a good deal? I got down to $31,600 out of the door price + state tax. Kelly Blue Book said Trade-In is 32,500K. What do you guys think? Is this a bad decision?
Any input will be appreciate it.

considering it is out of warranty I would say it is way too much money. For similar price you can get lower miles car. When I bought my 535, I was looking at 335 as well, loaded and low miles, 08 for ~$32k. Keep searching.

Check out the e90post.com classified section, you can probably pull some good deals there.
The OP car is nice, but out of warranty = a no no for a 335i. The second car posted is one of the least sought after color combos and hence the price probably reflects that. I remember seeing a TiAg/Grey E46 M3 for sale 2 years ago for a cheap price and he couldn't sell it and the majority of responses said they would buy it in a heartbeat if it were not for the colors.
Keep searching OP, don't settle. When you find the right one, you'll know it. If it takes weeks or months, it will be worth it in the end.
