My Ride: Nov 2003 530D SE Auto in Mystic Blue with Grey Dakota Leather, Business Nav. Star Spoke 124 18"s, Blootooth Preperation. Modifications so far: M5 spoiler, M5 trunk finisher, hometronic rear view mirror, Maple Wood interior trim. Mods to come: M5 style quad exhaust and M5 rear bumper, Dechroming, black ebay grilles, tints, upgrade to factory amp, by the time I've done these, I'm sure I'll have thought of some more....

ok I'll do a deal! ill lose the ///M badge, I guess its losing me a lot of approval here but I ain't changin the plate - its worth more than the car! and it gets me chattin with strangers every day!

sounds great from behind, the only time it's obvious it's a diesel is when you're idling in traffic and positioned more to the front of the vehicle than the back, in this situation you'll hear the diesel clatter. otherwise, she gives a nice growl. messing with induction might alter sound from the front, but in my experience aftermarket air filters aren't a good thing, although all these aftermarket filters boast about how much more air they let in, they dont boast so much about their filtration rates (how much dirt they let in).
