What a great looking winter set up ! Kudo's , hell I might have to run 172's for winter now

you buy a car for 60-70k and then you put 17" wheels on it for 4-6 months in a year??? does not make sense - go for it. keep those 172s (just face it, nobody will buy it off you ) and put some winter tires on them
and btw. the 172s are very easy to clean aswell

Thats interesting. I have been quite unsuccessful in finding dedicated winter tires with a 275 width for the rears. I guess I have to look harder?? Are you saying that a 245 would fit on the rear rim just fine even though it's wider than the front and calls for a 275??
