For those wondering about the rear left wheel, vl20sas posted a picture a few days back that showed a puncture similar to a bullet that penetrated the 166 wheel. It was not verified what really punctured the wheel. That is why you see a different wheel.
vl20sas, if you do not like people commenting on your lady friend, it might behoove you not to post pictures of her.

...I think with M5 mirrors you'll got a closer M5 look, like 525ise has mentioned.
Did you repaired your punctured rim, or you have to buy a new one?
