Do you have the aution link for the lip? Did you have it painted by the seller or by the shop? Price for shop to install? Paint?
I have heard some horror stories about having to do some cutting, sanding and a lot of filling!

Lip was a replica off eBay for $65-$90 depending on the seller. The part needed a little extra filler / primer before painting because, (its a replica), but the paint job was about $210 at a local body shop. The good news is the lip was a perfect fit and I'm really happy with it so far. Just do a search on eBay for ACS FRONT LIP E60 and the auctions will pop up.
