i'm not expert by any means, but that gap looks bigger than my stock sports suspension. did you have sports pkg to begin with or not?
i have no experience with spring & shock combos....but i hope for your sake, there's a breakin period and it'll sag a big! regardless, it's fixable and nothing permanent!

Not an expert either but it looks like the rims/tires aren't large enough to fill the gap. Even if it was lower there would still be all that space on the sides.

It doesn't look right. Springs will eventually settle but it's not going to settle +2".

i have seen people/shops install springs (and even coilovers if they're REALLY clever
) upside down, not seat the springs properly, etc. and it would often lead to a larger gap

looks like no sports package b/c no shadowline trim - maybe eibach sportline or h&r race springs would do the trick
