It looks really nice, but perhaps it's comparing apples to oranges. It's a GT vs. a super sedan. Plus, the M5 would kill it in performance. And both of them look good, but the Maserati would win in terms of uniqueness.

otherwise no (takes a bit of time to think though ;p)

still waiting on bmw's proper supercar (M1 successor)...

Agreed. Cant compare them.. maybe an M6 vs that..
If you can swing the GT, get it! Super sexy!

They're not really competitors (the M6 would certainly be), but if you're looking for a GT the Maserati has to be on your list. Beautiful car, comparatively few on the road, an incredible exhaust note, a car with true soul and passion and, more to the point, you're driving a car that is essentially Ferrari-engined.

That is one sexy beast....curves in all the right places and plenty of power too, but against the M5 it's not a fair contest! If you want to be seen in a car that turns everyones head, get the Maserati, if it's about performance, M5 hands down!!
