your list of cars is very wide.
there are so many thing to look into buying a car.
1. is this a 2nd car. SL
2. using it with family E60
3. looks SL
4. keeping it for a long time E90.
if non of these aply then go for the SL

My Ride: E46 330, E60 550 on order: Carbon Black/Natural Brown, 6MT.
The '04 530 is the first year of production. I'd stay away, plus the engine wasn't really powerful that year, so the grin factor isn't there for me.
The SL is one of the prettiest cars on the road. It probably has the power to pass anything on the road, except a dealership. Plan on considerable unscheduled maintenance. I've never driven an SL, but I can attest that an SLK is not particularly nimble for its size.
The '06 330 (I'm assuming it's a E90 sedan) is probably the safest bet. It will have more power than the '04 530, and nearly the same interior room. It will be the safest bet, and probably what I'd do.
However, since I'm spending your money, I don't need to be safe. Thus, I'd get the Cayenne, purely out of curiosity.
