Nope, Only Dark Wood, Bamboo and Light Wood. No new interior trims have been added to the M5 either.

Such a shame the black piano wood looked great with a light interior.

Piano black was only ever an option from the individual list - you now have high gloss black which IMHO looks identical?????? And it is a no cost option!!!

Not sure if that applies to the US... they usually get far fewer trim choices and the only ones I heard of so far are 'bamboo, dark poplar, light wood (poplar?)'.

However, even if not available as a factory order from the US, I'm sure most dealers would be willing to swap in high-gloss black and low/no cost...

Plastic painted in glossy black or grey are both no cost options in EU. Wonder why ;-)

I bet it won't be called 'high gloss plastic' in the brochure when that hits the dealers!!!!!! lol

I have seen it on an e90 coupe and I defy anyone to tell the difference between the individual option of piano black and this new black plastic other than the ?700 saving by having the NCO of black plastic!

The facelifted E60 in Canada can be ordered with an interior trim called "Diamond Black" which is a new selecton. It reportedly is similar to the piano black trim.
