the 530d went this week to a very nice asian fella, and he might be getting on here.
so im down to the 535d now (keeping that one) because of the superb MPG.
but i thought i would treat myself and bought a cayenne today, its the full fat version (4.8ltr GTS)
13mpg, if im lucky but 0-62 in 6.1 secs and 179 mph with all the toys.
i deceided to buy one now as i dont think they are going to come down any further in price
its 07 model year and cost ?18k bargain i think.

Hmm. The GTS was only released in 2008. I don't believe it was ever released as a 2007 model.

More to the point, the only GTS models listed on autotrader.co.uk are all 2008s, and they start a little south of GBP 50K...

GTS deliveries (worldwide) did not start until Spring of 2008. All 2007 saw was the debut was at the autoshows...

Either way, the S you have is a great SUV. Congrats!

Can you PM me what MPG you tend to get for town and on motorway? Thanks

You seem to have picked up a real bargain with the Cayenne. A family friend has one and all I remember him say about the car was him running out of gas on a long distance trip. He then gave me the fuel figures for that 4x4 and it still shocks me.

Cheers.

Why does it have to be a PM? wouldnt it be more useful for a "forum" to post MPG figures to the public?
