Peak torque at redline?

Lately I noticed my car has juicier torque right around redline/upshift. What's the highest RPM a 550i with exhaust and scoop can handle? I feel like the rev limiter needs to be...delimited.

Come on...someone's gotta have some input on this. I'm sure the car can handle an extra 500rpm. Boy do I miss the 13k I used to hit in my rx7...
