Default PDC error when engine is running

Hi Guys,
I have a problem with my PDC. I recently changed one sensor that was broke. Put in a new one(afternarked). After the change the system work with the engine off, but put our a constant beep when the engine is turned on. Se the video on YouTube
https://youtu.be/gfv1NVXjsIM?si=m3n1UDeqdsnAFH1S

Does anyone have an idea of what could be wrong

br,
Mads

I would not recommend using aftermarket parts. They tend to be hit or miss tolerance-wise, more so miss.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I will try to buy an original. What does not make any sense to me is that the center left also shows the samme “near” constant sound. Are they some how connected?

There are aftermarket parts that are closer to OEM tolerances. You just need to know where to buy them from. All of the sellers I know of are in the US.

Are you sure the PDC Sensor is bad?

The old one died and it came up with an error on the system. The new one works with the engine off, but not with the engine running. Might be noice from the alternator making the aftermarket give a wrong signal. Bacause of this I think the sensor was bad.

can you put I a link to the site in US selling them, I could properly find the same with in the EU.

What's the part number or the last 7 digits of your VIN.

I could not find the part at any of the sellers I buy from. Try eBay, I see Valeo brand on there.
