I agree the whole thing is ridiculous anyway. Parking zones, speed limits, they're all systems designed to give tickets. Setting a speed limit of 35 on a road that can safely handle 45-50mph. Meters everywhere on a busy street when you just need to go to work. Garbage.

I was driving on a 3 lane road in PA over the weekend (Route 30) going to York PA, the speed limit was 40mph but everyone was doing at least 60. I slowed down to 40 to show my passenger how rediculous the speed limit was and I maintained 40mph for about a minute and in that time it seemed like I should have had my hazards on, cars were blowing their horns, giving me crazy looks, and it was just funny. Any cop would have had a field day on that stretch because EVERY car was doing well over 40...
