Are your AE's on?
Halo's = AE [Angel Eyes]
I had that issue, at first everything seemed ok then a few days later as I pulled into the garage I saw the right side Halo/AE flickering. It eventually went out. Replaced them.
It could also be loose connection - you can try checking that first.

I would re-seat the bulbs in the rear lights first. While you're at it, look for corrosion on bulb contacts (bulb and bulb holder). This is easier and may resolve the warning light issue. You'll need diagnostic software to tell exactly which parking light bulb is causing the error.

does the warning come on as soon as you start the car or randomly after driving? It very well could be a that your AE bulb is a little loose and breaks 100% contact during the drive because of a sudden bump or shutter just long enough to trigger the error.
reseating the AE is what I would try first.
