Joy of Joys. Thought I'd leave the 5er in the garage today though. No need to chance it when there is a perfectly good LR3 sitting there beggin to be driven...Supposed to get a foot today....thought I might skive off work early, take a picture of the plate and then go to 7 springs

Ok. So I know I never did post those pictures of my issue....
,but I fixed it! Bottom line: the plate stuck JUST far enough out from the bumper as it curved around that the PDC would pick up the edge of the frame. So I just bent it. Was trying to over engineer it and then went with the "duct tape fixes everything" rule and bent the sucker. Not a problem anymore. .....except now the wife wants it on the Land Rover!
