I noticed the black paint, on the exterior window posts, is wearing off on my 2008 Alpine White so that white is showing through. Would this be covered under the 4 year warranty? Any tips on how to best repaint it ? Thanks.

if the paint is peeling and it is not a defect from the manufacturer (i.e. it did not adhere properly or the paint was not applied properly during the building of the car) then it is not covered.

if you can prove that Bmw made a mistake in painting that part of the car during building then it is covered.

i do not know of any auto warranty that covers mistakes made by detailers or aftermarket products
you can try to contact the dealer and see what they tell you
