My Ride: '05 530i, Premium, Steptronic, Logic7, Silver grey-black leather. Build date 12/7/04.
I haven't heard anyone bitching about the Oxnard VPC in a while. Around the end-of-year, they were the hot topic for folks waiting fot their cars on the West Coast. Do they have things in order now?

Here is my case;
-Production; 12/07/04.
-Start sailing; 12/16/04
-Arrived at Oxnard 1/15/05;
-Arrived at the dealership; 1/23/05
-Picked up up on 1/27/05
8 days from arrival to dealership. This is quite standard timeline even with some of the overloading due to the LA heavy rain.

[/quote]Oxnard VPC is BMW's vehicle preparation center for the Western US. Yes, you are right about the name of the port. No you cannot take delivery there.
