I have my vin number and tried to enter it on the NYL link but it doestn give me an option fo where to enter it

im back to square A. anyone know how to do it?

The OC site is an external non-critical for operation site. As someone that works with systems I would not want to have customers and potential hackers banging away at my system. So there is probably a scheduled update to the OC site from the interal system that the dealer can access.
