Congrats on the car.? I am loving mine also.? Agree the storage is a little lacking, but the performance is worth it.? Already to 140, well, I have only had the cojones to go up to 110 after my break in, which was accomplished in less that 48 hours. 3days and 1800 miles.?
I am curious to see what you come up with for your EQ settings, and stuff.? Would appreciate the input from an audiophile.

this sound system really hasnt impressed me much so far, I really played around alot with the settings it seems the mid freq are not tuned right, 275k-500k range
I assume it can be a crossover thing so owners do not blow up the speakers,or the speaker manufacture, reminds me of MB Quarts. uggg
a bit too shallow and bright. It sounds typical of a German car but Mercedes Logic has a warmer sound in these frequency ranges, they always did.
I drive so much I really wish this sound system worked for me the way i expected it too, each song goes from good to worse, I mean changing all these settings for each tune is ridiculous.
My high end home system doesnt even have bass/treble controls the system is tuned so perfectly through the componentry.
The Best Sound Systems I rate as best, the LS430/Sc430 Mark Levinson, the Linn Aston Martin Vanquish, Ruess Audio system in a Ferrari 575m(cost 17k it better sound good)Range Rover L7, Volvo s60R Premium(uses dynaudio drivers) Mercedes arent bad at all.
If you want to pick my brain on this some more PM me, you know where to find me.

Congrats!
I would avoid driving it over 100 mph until after the break-in period. Some future owner will be screwed.
I put coins in the ash tray.

Yeah I will have to take it easy the rain is so heavy lately I only put 90 miles on it. Snow will arrive soon,
Oh I looked at the armrest the part that slide forward, I see a round decal with a symbol as to not touch this little round plug, I wonder what that is?
I am thinking about motorizing that compartment for storage with and actuator and a hinged bracket would be really trick and I have all the parts. that would give me a nice amount of space for some of my stuff. Even the thinner part on the right of the console can be used to.
There is so much I can do to this car once I plan and execute some ideas Ill go to work.
