None of my lighter outlets provide any power when the car is off. Sometimes I need to leave my cell phone in the car to charge while I am out. Is there any way to change those settings or do any other outlets work for that?

 

i don't think they should give you power if the car is off...and i don't think there is a way around it. have you tried the ones in the trunk?
