Congratulations. Is this considered a F10?

Nope, this would be the last production run for the E60's until they start rolling out the F10. I suspect they will have it as MY2011.
I didn't want to wait for the first year F10 since most likely there will be some bugs that needs to be worked out, thats how it usually works.
So I'll grab the F10 once I see them in person and if I like them on their 2nd or 3rd year production.

Congrats!! That is a major upgrade in power. Can't wait to see it at a future meet.

MSport = non staggered wheels.

no thanks, plus as I said originally, I am trying to cut costs as much as possible on options.

You do realize that your interior will have a gray headliner. With the Msport the anthracite headliner will match the black trim.
Non-stagger has no effect on performance. M-sport is well worth the $1600 or less extra over the SP.

Seems like despite watching the spending you seemed to have gotten all the good stuff that matters. I guess Comfort Access isn't that necessary. But it's kinda cool when you walk up to your car and don't need to press anything to walk in. A decade ago you looked cool opening your car from far away with a keyless remote. Now, keyless entry is for losers and now it's all about making people think you got fingerprint reading on your door handles that allows you to open them. Haha. Secret agent stuff.

That's a great spec. I'd not heard that SAT was limited to M-Sport models so I think you'll be able to get it, and it is indeed well worth it.
According to the 2010 5 series price list

2TB Sport automatic transmission with shift paddles
(Requires ZMP on indicated models)

And the required remark is on the 535i. A few members on bimmerfest was able to order it without the M-Sport pkg but just recently when the price list was revealed people are saying ( including some Client Advisors on Bimmerfest forums ) that it isn't available unless M sport is ordered. Another thing is if M sport is ordered you don't get staggered wheel setup.

Attached is the price list.

Yeah I realize that, I can live with it for another 3 years until I place another order on a F10..

I've thought about comfort access and from my experience I kept losing my keyfob because I didn't always pay attention to them. ( my girlfriend has a lexus IS250 with comfort access ). So I didn't get it and I have no problems inserting the keyfob and pushing the start button
