I've had it happen sporatically. Definitely try pulling the nozzle out bit or or don't squeeze the handle all the way. It also seems related to how sensitive the auto-stop sensor is on the nozzle. Almost never happens at the gas station I use most often by my house, but it has happened at others, so not sure how much of the problem is because of the car and how much the pump itself.
